How can I return my order?
We pay particular attention to the quality of our products and we hope they will give you full satisfaction. However if they do not suit you, here how you can return them:
You have 30 days to try your purchases.
1) Place the articles you want to return as well as the invoice in the original package or in a suitable packaging.
2) Go in your eshop account and click on the order to return.
3) Select the articles you would like to return and indicate the reason.
4) You will receive a prepaid return label by email, you just have to put it on your package before dropping it at the post office.
5) Once your package has been delivered in our office, you will be refunded within 10 days.
For international orders, return costs will be at your expense. For all return requests, please contact the customer service via the contact form specifying your order reference.
Do you have a shop where I can try on the clothes?
We do not have a shop or a public showroom. We are exclusively sold on our eshop and at resellers which you can find the list here.
When will I be refunded?
Once your package has been delivered to our office, you will be refunded within 10 days.

How can I receive the newsletter?
If you already have an account, you can subscribe to the newsletter by clicking on the box « Receive our newsletter » in the « My information » tab. -> à vérifier dans le compte
If you do not have an account yet, you can subscribe to the newsletter when creating your account or by filling the field at the bottom of the homepage.
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply uncheck the box « Receive our newsletter » in the tab « My information » or click on the link placed at the bottom of our newsletters.
How can I take care of my clothes?
To wash your clothes, please follow the specific care information on the washing label. You can also find them in the descriptions of the product page.
Special note for the viscose, this material tends to retract during washing. So that it returns to its original form, we invite you to steam iron without laying the iron on the fabric.
What is my size?
You can find a size guide on the product pages, it will allow you to find the correspondence between your measurements and our sizes.
You will find the correspondence of our sizes below:
Size 0 = 34-36
Size 1 = 36-38
Size 2 = 38-40
Size 3 = 40-42

Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been validated we are unable to amend items! If your order has not been validated yet, you can contact us to cancel it.
Are returns free?
Yes! We do offer returns for all orders placed in metropolitan France.
What shipping methods are available?
3 shipping methods are available in metropolitan France:
- Free delivery in pickup point (free, 3 to 5 working days)
- Colissimo home delivery (8€, 24h to 48h)
- DHL express delivery (10€, delivered on the next day for all orders placed on a working day before noon)
For international orders, you can choose between a DHL delivery (12€) or a pickup point delivery (12€).
What payment methods do you accept?
You have the possibility to pay via Paypal or credit card.
Your banking details are not kept on our informatic system, all transactions made on the website are secured by CIC payment system.
Can I change an article in my order?
We do not offer the possibility to exchange articles. If you want to change the size and/or the color of a product ordered on the eshop, we invite you to return the product and place a new order.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact the customer service specifying your order reference. Once the order has been shipped it is impossible to cancel it, you will have to wait to receive it in order to return it.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow the delivery of your package.
Your tracking number is also indicated in the « Orders » tab of your account, you just have to click on it to be redirected to the carrier website.
The article I want to buy is sold out, will it be restocked?
If the article you want to buy is sold out, you can click on « Notify me » on the product page. If the product is restocked or if there is a client return, you will be alerted by email.
Where can I access my order history?
You can find all of your past orders in the « Orders » tab of your account.
What if I received the wrong article/size?
